Product Description

The carbon rod is a non-metallic product. As a necessary cutting consumable before welding in the carbon arc gouging cutting process, it is made of carbon and graphite with appropriate binders, formed by extrusion, and baked at 2200℃. It is made by plating a layer of copper after the section. It has high temperature resistance, good electrical conductivity, and is not easy to break. Q420 is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel, which implements the standard GB/T 1591-2018. It is composed of Q+number+quality grade symbol+deoxygenation method symbol. Its steel number is prefixed with "Q", which represents the yield point of the steel, and the number behind it represents the value of the yield point in MPa. For example, Q420B represents a structural steel with a yield stress (σs) of 420 MPa and a grade of B. Q420 grades have B, C, D, E grades, and the delivery status includes hot rolling, normalizing, normalizing rolling, and hot rolling mechanical rolling (TMCP). Q420 has high strength and good plasticity, and is widely used in the manufacture of metal structures and welded structural parts of steel tower steel structures, bridges, chemicals, mining, construction machinery and other equipment.
